Host (Hospitality & Guest Relations)

Location: Lombok, Indonesia
Feel Invest Group is seeking a welcoming and professional Host to manage guest relations in our resorts, retreats, and villa rentals in Lombok. The Host will be the face of the company for international clients, ensuring they experience warm Indonesian hospitality with world-class service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.

• Provide information on villa amenities, local culture, and Lombok attractions.

• Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Handle requests, bookings, and complaints with professionalism.

• Support events, retreats, and investor visits when needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Background in hospitality, tourism, or guest services.

• Fluent in English (other languages like French or Arabic are a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented.

• Knowledge of Lombok’s culture, destinations, and lifestyle trends.
